Construction Manager (Expat) vacancy in Thailand
Qtec Engineering Co., Ltd. a medium sized well know and successful construction company specializing in Civil, HVAC & Utility system, Electrical & Instrument works in the area of factory , Energy and other Industrial plants.
We are searching for an outstanding person to fill in the role of which qualification is as follow:
Construction Manager (Expat)

Responsible:
• Lead the overall management of the construction activities of the project, including constructability inputs to the design, managing field construction resources and maintaining construction cost, Schedule, Safety and Quality control.
• Manage the information flow between the engineering team/customers and field contractors.
• Prepare and manage the construction plan/schedule and costs within the constraints of the overall production schedule. This includes the development of shutdown plan to make minimum production interruption.
• Construction / installation management, with particular attention to quality control & safety. Oversea field construction safety and quality.
Requirement:
• Male, age 35-50 years old.
• Min. BSC. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong Piping work/Project Management and Construction management.
• At least 3 years experience working in Thailand.
• English Skill both spoken and written.
• Good command Thai speaking will be an advantage.
• Good Communication and Relationship.
• Strong Leadership and Responsibility.
